All of us have a story to share that can inspire others, and sometimes our stories begin where we least expect it.

A truck driver in the U.S., Doug Wiermaa’s story starts in Brazil, followed by driving a taxi in Denver, and continues to this day with ‘Driving to Tokyo’.

Five months in Japan and fifty AirBnbs later, Doug is starting to tell his story about falling in love with a different culture and following your heart no matter where it leads you.
